All partied out! (well, almost)

Planning a blog party should come with a warning. Something like: "Prepare to give up sleep, housekeeping, and your sanity when preparing for a good time to be had by your bloggy partiers."
I'm not saying it isn't worth it, but man oh man! Talk about a lesson in making sure I am prepared for next year's event.
Like, say, hiring a housekeeper and giving Buttercup some "quality time" with extended family.
The insanity is almost over, though, so I will be able to come back here and post on the sometimes-boring-other-times-not drama that is my life on a more regular basis.
I just know you all are shaking with anticipation.
